The Group uses internal resources to finance most of its business operations, engaging in transactions across a variety of property types, including commercial, office, and industrial facilities.

In 2023, Continental Investments established Versilia SPV Srl, a securitization vehicle, by purchasing all its issued notes.

It is specialized in acquiring non-performing mortgage loans.

The purchase of major hospitality assets exemplifies the Group's dedication to achieving excellence in the market. Significant investments in property improvements guarantee superior performance. A tangible example of this is the renovation of the Giada hotel, a 5-star luxury resort located in the exclusive seaside town of Forte dei Marmi in the Versilia area of Tuscany. The exclusive Maitò Beach, a seaside resort also in Forte dei Marmi, has benefited from substantial investments to increase its accommodation capacity and improve its services.
